Founder, manager and lecturer of Kaysan project management
Shervin has 22 years of international experience delivering critical capital projects up to $30 billion. He has client, consultant & contractor experience in setting up & application of robust project controls frameworks using international standards, best practices & latest tools. He directs multi-disciplinary matrix teams, creates robust program management & controls plans and frameworks, rollout of processes and controls, KPIs and monitoring systems to report, mitigate risks and accurately track progress. He is a Primavera P6 and risk trainer and is proficient in Extension of Time claims analysis and change management. He is well-versed in schedule development from conceptual design to commissioning, using Primavera P6 and MS Project. He has experience conducting Integrated Cost & Schedule Risk Analysis (ICSRA) and managing risks for multi-billion mega projects to meet business plans and stakeholders’ objectives.
